Employers: Beacon Foundation can help you find enthusiastic young staff
Do you have a job vacancy at your business? Are you looking for a young, enthusiastic and hard-working team member? Beacon Foundation can help!
Beacon has been working closely with high school students in the Logan area to provide them with transferable employability skills, and has identified a number of school leavers who are ready to work.
Throughout the school year, these students have completed Beacon’s innovative programs, which are delivered collaboratively with industry and elevate their work-readiness skills including (but not limited to) team work, effective communication, conflict resolution and time management.
Through Beacon’s programs, these students have engaged with local and national businesses, so they have a greater understanding of the workplace, employer expectations, and industry specific information.
If you're a Logan-based business with vacancies for full-time, part-time, casual and/or school holiday positions, Beacon can help you find a suitable candidate.
Beacon Foundation isn't job agency. It's a not-for-profit organisation supporting young people to successfully transition from education to meaningful employment. The local Beacon team has formed relationships with students looking to transition into the workforce and can help connect local employers with motivated, Logan-based young people.
